We aim to be living proof that human presence can restore land rather than deplete it.
We're building a place where clean water, renewable energy, food security, and waste-to-resource systems work together as one living organism.
Breathwork, self-healing, and authentic embodiment
Skill-sharing, language exchange, and co-creation
Composting, soil regeneration and turning waste into infrastructure
The roots go down first
Weekly Sinhala and English classes, breathwork sessions, theatre improv workshops, and community fire gatherings are running. Reclaimed wood furniture has been built on-site, and boundary land is being regenerated through Project Phoenix.
The monsoon season becomes our build window
We're laying the infrastructure that powers everything else: a pilot plastics workshop, composting bays, an outdoor fabrication roof, and first on-site biogas experiments.
Pilot systems become full production
We open a dedicated waste-to-resource facility, install an underground biogas digester, and complete an integrated water collection and filtration system.
The sanctuary opens
The workshop becomes a communal fusion kitchen and co-working hub. Commercial waste processing begins — generating sustainable income for local families.
We're building a place where clean water, renewable energy, food security, and waste-to-resource systems work together as one living organism.

How your contribution is used
Recycling centres and pyrolysis systems that eliminate plastic waste in Kumbalgama.
Food forests, living boundaries, and soil restoration that make the land more productive every year.
Local villagers are equal partners in the project.
Not ready for a membership? A one-time contribution goes just as far.

We're always open to new hands, fresh ideas, and honest questions. Drop us a line and we'll get back to you.
We're funding the workshop ahead of the May–July build season, the one window when the ground is ready. Come build the foundation of a place that proves humans can make an ecosystem healthier.
